The Garden Lodge, once a partially-glazed vinery for Tredethy House, offers a peaceful rural retreat with its own private walled garden. Surrounded by fields and woodland and just a stone’s throw from the Camel Trail, it’s a great place for cycling and walking dogs.
The spacious single-storey accommodation boasts a light and comfortable interior with an open plan kitchen and dining room adjoining a comfortable sitting room. Patio doors lead on to the generous private garden which is a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the view over the Camel Valley. For cosy nights in when it’s a little cooler, the log burner will keep you toasty!
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, The Garden Lodge can accommodate up to six guests.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 can be set up as a super-king or twin beds, Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Both bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower) have heated towel rails.
The fully-fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
The sitting room has a 32″ Smart TV, and there is free wifi throughout.
During high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights starting Saturday.
At other times, the minimum stay is 3 nights and a discounted rate is set for 7 nights.
Well-behaved small/medium dogs can be accommodated subject to an additional fee and confirmation at time of booking.
The owners are on hand to welcome you but remain unobtrusive during your stay.
