Steeped in historical heritage and forged from Cornish granite, Laundry Cottage is part of the Tredethy House estate, owned by Prince Chula of Thailand in the mid 20th century. Accessed via an enclosed courtyard, Laundry Cottage offers cosy accommodation with underfloor heating downstairs and stunning views across the Camel Valley.
Set on two levels, a large glazed stable door opens into the sitting room which leads into the well-fitted kitchen, complete with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment to help create your home from home. The sitting room has a Smart TV, and there is free wifi throughout.
Upstairs, two well-proportioned bedrooms look out across the courtyard to the Camel Valley, either side of a large bathroom with natural light, shower over bath, a tall heated towel rail and a washing machine. Bedroom 1 has a king-size sleigh bed, bedroom two has twin beds.
Outside, set in the shared courtyard, a table and chairs are set up for you to enjoy leisurely breakfasts or evening drinks looking out to the Camel Valley.
Well-behaved small/medium dogs can be accommodated subject to an additional fee and confirmation at time of booking.
Guests are welcome to explore the grounds of Tredethy House.
